Mudan Property Inspections is a trading name of Top Snagger Property Observer Co LLC SOC.

Service nature

Mudan provides third-party property inspection services and report outputs. Services are evidence-led and limited to the agreed scope at booking confirmation.

Scope and boundaries

• Included and excluded items are confirmed before attendance.
• No claim is made regarding influence over approvals or developer decisions.
• No destructive testing is performed unless explicitly agreed.
• No contractor pricing or commercial negotiation services are included unless specified in writing.

Scheduling and access

Client must provide accurate property details and access arrangements. Slot open times is capacity-dependent. Delays caused by access restrictions or site constraints may affect delivery timelines.

Reports and reliance

Reports reflect findings observed at inspection time within visible and accessible areas. Findings are provided to support client decisions and actions and do not constitute structural guarantees.

Fees and payments

Pricing follows Mudan's active rules-based policy unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any cancellations, rescheduling, or more visits may be subject to updated fees.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to direct losses up to the amount paid for the specific service engagement.

Governing language

These terms are provided in English for operational clarity. If a conflict occurs between versions, the signed contractual version governs.
